Training Information
How do I book on for training classes?
To book on for training classes simply fill in our training application listed on our website. When we have received your application we will send you our waiver form. Once this waiver form has been signed and approved, we will then give you website permissions to book on for our training classes.
Can I book on for any class as a complete beginner?
Our wrestling training classes are open to wrestlers of all experience levels. Seminars are available to more experienced wrestlers and attendance is based on skill level.
Do you offer a beginners course?
Yes! Our 6-week beginners course, which we refer to as NEBULA ORIGINS, is held multiple times throughout the year. The course includes 2 training classes per week, giving you a total of 12 training classes (a value of £180) for just £105 (£8.75 per class!).
At the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to perform a match in the NEBULA Wrestling ring in front of your friends and family. This is an invite-only opportunity, so while completing the course gives you the chance to earn your spot, it is not guaranteed. Our coaches will be looking at your attendance, effort, attitude, progress and performance throughout the course — so the more you put in, the more you'll get out!
If you impress us during the course, you'll be invited to take part in the match and potentially continue your journey with NEBULA Wrestling beyond the beginners course.
What should I expect during my first training class?
Before the class begins we recommend those attending arrive a little early to have time to stretch and warm up. We also recommend bringing something to drink in order to stay hydrated. Please remember to bring suitable footwear also. You should not be training in the same shoes you walked to the training facility in.
How much do training classes cost?
Training classes are £15 per session which currently take place on Sundays from 2-4pm & Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8:30pm. We also have Fitness classes every Thurs 8:15 - 9:45pm and also our NEBULA ORIGINS 6-Week Beginners Courses which happen multiple times throughout the year.
